We are a powerful community of women dedicated to uniting, empowering, and uplifting each other. We believe that women are stronger together, and our mission is to inspire, support, and celebrate every woman, no matter where she is in her journey.

How It All Started

Boss Babes Unite began in 2020 with the creation of our very first Boss Babe shirt, which quickly became a symbol of women supporting women. What started with a group of women in the real estate industry soon evolved into a movement that embraced women from all walks of life.

In 2022, we hosted our first official Boss Babes Unite Event, held in March to honor International Women’s Day. Over 100 women attended, featuring an inspiring talk by local speaker Becca Titus.

How We Grew

By 2023, the event had transformed into a major community celebration, incorporating vendors, shopping, networking, and entertainment. It became a girls’ night out filled with empowerment, dining, and drinks, all while staying true to our mission of support and inspiration. The event featured a heartfelt speech from Emily Aranda (MamaE), leaving attendees deeply moved.

Boss Babes Unite 2024 – Our Biggest Year Yet!

Our third annual event in 2024 was nothing short of incredible! With over 700 women attending and more than 90 vendors, we packed out the event center and took the energy to a whole new level. Women from across the community gathered to shop, connect, and uplift one another, proving that this movement is only getting bigger!

Looking Ahead to 2025 ✨

Our 4th Annual Boss Babes Unite was nothing short of powerful. In 2025, we had 700+ women in the room — business owners, leaders, dreamers, and doers — all coming together to celebrate growth and community.

This year, we introduced something even more meaningful: a fashion show with a mission. Every woman who walked that runway carried a message. She walked with purpose. She walked with confidence. She walked knowing that hundreds of women were standing beside her, cheering her on.

We didn’t just host an event.
We encouraged.
We motivated.
We empowered.

The energy in that room was undeniable. Women owning the stage. Women celebrating women. It was powerful.

And we’re not done.

We look forward to doing it even bigger and stronger in 2025 — continuing to create a space where women rise together, support one another, and walk boldly in who they are.
